I know that, but you're assuming we automatically know what vintage your "Dodge 318 la" is. I'm asking because I'm curious as to your particular solution to the bolt pattern incompatability between the offset Mopar intake tbi pad and both the old 4-bolt 670 Pro Jection or the new 3 bolt Avenger model.

Then it's not a 670. If it's a stock 318 tbi intake, it has an offset bolt pattern. The tbi was made by Holley, but it's more like half the flow of a 670, I don't remember the exact number. The 360 tbi is around 600 cfm and will fit the same bolt pattern (unique to the Mopar tbi as far as I know), but the throttle blades are larger and will hit the 318 manifold unless opened up with a grinder. The same era V8 GM tbi 4-bolt pattern was a typical pattern you'd see with a 2 barrel carb. Sorry chief. Hate to be a downer.

You're confusing aftermarket with OEM, as the stock V6 and 318 were definitely smaller than 670. Now if you have an aftermarket tbi, it may indeed be a 670, but it wouldn't fit without some sort of adapter. If you have an aftermarket 670 tbi with a Mopar-specific offset bolt pattern for use on a stock manifold, well that would be a rare bird. Interested to see what you find. Mopar offered the 360 tbi as part of a performance upgrade for the 318 back then. It included a template for opening the intake to clear the larger throttle blades. Kit included 360 computer and a Flowmaster muffler. Wonder if that's what you have?
