Default Exhaust system problems

I have had my check engine light come on and off for a little while now. I went and got it checked on the OBD, and the fault was the catalyst below threshold. So I got my catalytic convertor replaced and replaced all the spark plugs. The light went off for a while then came back on recently. I replaced both O2 censors but the light is still on and my truck is still burning gas faster than I think it should. Does anyone know what my problem could be?

what type of fuel do you use, any additives?, also when did you replace your fuel filter last, from the code it sounds like a clogged cat, but you replaced it so!!! possible lead contamination in the fuel, but that somthing i would need to see to rule out, can you pull your O2's and snap a pic, and plugs, i would be able to tell from that

Dig out the code that is present and we can help figure it out from there.
