My 08' had the same problem with the stock tires and the service manager said ALL the dodge stock tires do that. And I rotated them every 5,000 mi. and they lasted 50,000 mi so it wasn't the biggest deal.
they are a hard compound tire so they last long, they resist wear by becoming worn unevenly ie cupping. i've seen a few sets last as long as 100k miles it's a war of attrition because of the noise they cause resisting wearing down
