Ok besides CAI and Muffler what else can I do. Is the 6.1L intake manifold worth it??? How about a Big bore TB??? What headers on these trucks??? Im still waiting on diablo cause its not out yet for the 2011s. If yall have any other ideas let me know. Thanks

From what I have read from everyone else our stock manifolds are good for at least 450 etc. To me unless you have a lot done then the money for the manifold is not worth it. If you do heads and cam I would look into it but other than that everyone says there is little to no gain. You do not want to go to a 90mm tb with just cai and exhaust. Fastman or an 85mm bbk throttle body is as big as you want to go with simple mods. I believe everyone has been going with american racing and pacesetter long tube headers. Def. get the DS Predator when it comes out!
Also you could do the sonnax line booster, magnaflow y pipe, resonator delete.

What i have decided on so far is the mufflex dod14m, the DS when it comes out, K&N and only cause i can get on new really cheap, a good set of headers, 4.56 gears cause its about be sitting on 35"s with a 4" lift. Im trying to think of other bolt on stuff to do. Im coming out of a 5.9 CR cummins. I had everything on that truck from twin turbos with a full built motor and trans. This is my first gas truck and i kinda want the better of two evils. I want speed with out voiding the warrenty.

I'd recommend justing getting a 14" Magnaflow welded in, unless you want the capability of removing it for whatever reason. I went with the mufflex but wish I didn't, from a money stand point. You'll save a good deal of cash just having a Magnaflow welded in.

factory 4.10's if you want to keep your warranty. Aftermarket 4.56's would be great once released. Just not available due to the different housing of the 2011+ vs earlier 4G's.

Ya I have been debating on just have the local muffler shop weld one on for me. That does sound like it would be cleaner. Have you had any problems with leaking on your mufflex (WyGuy)? (Kay9) When you say factory does that mean i have to buy from dodge or can i just put any 4.10 gear set in? I also have been looking for an electric fan to replace that factory one. But no luck finding one.

A full built 5.9'CR with twins is gonna be hard to beat without voiding warranty unless you bought an R/T but i dont think you did. My big ass MC dually 4x4 with 35's and 4:56 front and year with only exhaust smarty and custom buikt torque converter from ATS was bad ass to 75... 8500 pounds only goes so fast tho..

Ya my 05 was my babe. I had it for 5 years and i swear everyweekend i was under it doing something. And with all the power it was hard not to lay into it just to hear the twins scream. Im not looking for that again. If I was going to go crazy i would have all ready swapped in the new srt8 motor and supercharged it haha Im just looking for some basic stuff to help it move a little faster then stock but still be able to claim warrenty.
