Default Mopar mods installed at dealer; warranty issues?

So I just picked up a 2012 2500 Laramie (Diesel-HO). I usually mod my vehicles, but for this one, I'm taking a more cautious approach. I got the regular power train warranty, but I also bought the extended bumper to bumper warranty (5 years, 100,000 miles).

Two questions:

(1) If I buy Mopar mods at the stealership and have them install (such as cold air intake, new exhaust), will I have warranty issues? I'll ask the stealership, but I usually don't trust what they tell me.

(2) Is Mopar decent quality? I'm specifically looking at the cold air intake and dual exhaust mods.

I want to be careful not to mess up my warranty. I hear the diesel is pretty hard on transmissions, so I want to keep the warranty alive just in case.

Thanks in advance.

No, you will not have any issues with warranty if it's a MOPAR accessory.

MOPAR accessories are usually good quality stuff (except Kicker audio upgrades, IMHO) and firms such as AFE (cold air intakes), Superlift (4" lift kit), WeatherTech and HuskyLiner (molded mud guards), and Borla (exhaust systems) are all firms CJD uses for their accessories. They pick higher quality sub-suppliers in order to minimize their warranty exposure.
