Default o2 fuse block no power

Just bought a dodge for a deal. 300.00 well now i know why i got it so cheap. Radiator was stopped up, obd plug was on fritz and now no power to fuse #49. I got the obd plug working but when i scan it I get a code for o2 sensor. Checked fuse and no power so check block and no power also. Does anyone have any idea , must get inspected. thanks Joe

If you check the underside of the fuse center it is likely corroded to sh*t as the '03 trucks have no protection under them.
