Default Slow steering

There is some jump in the ball joint on the track arm on my truck, when I turn the wheel.Could this cause my steering to be slow, and drifting,It seems to be worse when I pull a trailer,

Yeah that is definitely a cause of drifting steering. And towing could magnify it by removing weight from the front end. Also check your steering stabilizer and the steering box for play.

Yep track bar is gone. Check ball joints as well.
