Default RollBak bed covers

Im interested in getting this cover

http://www.autoanything.com/tonneau-...0A3318130.aspx

I want the cover to have the ability to lock and be secure, be mostly waterproof and durable.

Do any of you guys have any experince or own a Rollbak cover or have any input. I tried searching but was unable to come up with any good info.

I installed a Bakflip cover and I really like it. I installed a G2 and if I had to do it again I would go with a F1 for the dent resistance.

I had a RollBak installed a month and a half ago. Here's my observations.

Haven't notice any moisture in the bed, but haven't had it in more than a light rain (the drought down here).

Rolls back real easy. Almost too easy when it slips from your fingers and you cringe when it hits the box. No damage the few times this has happened.

The attached cord for closing it from the tailgate area constantly gets in the way or tangled up with what's in the bed. I'm real tempted to put a hook near the top of the bed by the tailgate for it to see if that might help.

The cover latches to the tailgate so you can not open the tailgate without at least partially retracting the cover. Now picture that in a rain.

Locking/unlocking two locks (cover & tailgate) is a slight pain.

There is a slight visible shiver in the cover at highway speed. No noise.

Buck antlers can scratch the box. The plus side is when you pack a deer with ice and close the cover, the deer does stay cool.

Overall I'm pleased with the RollBak. About the only change I'd like to see is to latch to the sides instead of the tailgate.

I have been looking at this cover for a while as well, what I like most about it is the low profile. I currently have a low profile tool box but with the 6.5 ft bed it can get in the way when moving lumber, etc. I personally refuse to get a soft tonneau because I have had them cut open in the past, but I dont like how bulky a lot of the hard tops are.

Also the bakflip is very low profile in fact from the side of the truck looks like u dont have one and they make them for trucks with tool boxes to.

I've got a canister cover on mine (Retrax) and really like it. I say go for it.

It's a really easy DIY install. Finish the bed off with a BedRug mat and you'll really have a nice space back there.

I have the Retrax and really like it. Locks in any position I want it to, plus I can open the tailgate by itself. I was told by the dealer to protect the canister. If you bend the canister you will have a hard time with the cover, other than that, seems to be a great cover.

Man I am getting a couple of these for my trucks when my escrow check shows up next spring. They aren't cheap but judging from what I have seen on my buddy's Titan they fit all my requirements which would be setting below the rail unlike a bed cap, water proof like most have stated here and can also withstand a little weight on top when they are closed. I walked all over that one on my friend's Titan as he said it could withstand it. I weigh 175lbs and I was stomping all over it with boots on. And the main thing with something like this after ALL functionality is validated, how it looks on my trucks I can find some real functional solutions but not all of them look as good as this one and the BakFlip (I think) ones out there.
