Is it possible for the heater core to be partially plugged? I have checked the mode I door and the 2 blend doors; they all appear to be solid and functioning properly. However, I still have warm air on the passenger side and cold air on the drivers side.

yes, that could be possible, but the hot/cold air split is not usually caused by that...............at least not in my experience. although if all the doors seem to be working fine there is not much left to the system.

I believe I'll try the radiator flush tomorrow. See if that corrects the problem. While I'm at it I may as well replace all the hoses. They're already 9 years old. Can anyone recommend a flush product?

Okay; I flushed the the entire system. I disconnected both heater hoses and flushed both directions. I then poured simple green into the heater core and let set overnight. Then flushed again both directions. I then added coolant system conditioner and antifreeze. Guess what; it's working.
Warm air on both sides of the cab. This is a great forum, alot of good information posted. Thanks again guys.
