Default Help headlites and fog lites don't work

Ok I have a 99 dodge ram magun with 360 v8 quad headlights and fog lights. My problem is the inner hi beam lights don't work the outer ones do both h beam and low beam and I have the right bulbs in them 9004 bulbs inner lites 9007 outer lites, have checked for voltage to the lights. the inner hi beams wires red 12v green/black nothing even when headlight switch on or off. thats problem 1. problem 2. is fog lights don't work even when the little d light lites up when switch is pulled on and the relay clicks. have measured voltage to socket of fog lights is 12 volts to both wires but new bulb won't lite up. so can someone help me?

Check your amps on lights the relays might not be putting out enough. I think they should be 40 amps. Dont take me purly to heart on that. But most run 40.
