Curious if anyone has squeezed some these onto a 4th gen 4x4 with factory 20x9 and no spacers?

I don't want to beat a dead horse but I'm looking for a little taller and wider tire for a 2011 4x4 with bilsteins without having to get new rims or use a spacer...

If you have bilsteins and they are set on the top setting then the height won't be an issue. However I cannot confirm rather or not the width will. I too am looking at the same tires but plan on a negative offset wheel.

I am currently looking at the same thing as well. I have the bilsteins set on the highest setting, however I found an aftermarket set of wheels that I like with a +10 offset. I didn't want to go with a negative offset, because I didn't want to have to run fender flares. Hopefully someone will chime in with an answer on the offset needed for that tire size.

I know others have the 295/65r20 and have to run a 1/4" spacer with the stock +18mm 20x9 rims to avoid rubbing. They are the exact same width (12.13") but are 35.47" tall where the 295/60r20's are an inch shorter. Height wont be the issue since you're leveled, but I imagine that you'll have to run the 1/4" spacer too.

I have 33/12.50R20 Toyo M/T on my factory 20s with no spacers (metric equivalent of 315/50). They have very large sidewall lugs as well. I have no rubbing up front and on the rear it will only touch the inner fender liner if the oposite wheel is at max extension (fully drooped) even then just enough to disturb the dust, nothing more. Admitedly the front is close to the upper a-arm, but it does not make contact at any point.

This is a pretty good example for you. It says -20 offset to get the 295/60/20 to fit without rubbing, and it looks borderline if you would need flares or not, that would probably depend on how many gravel roads you run.
Another option is the 285/65/20 BFG's. I have them on stock rims and they look really good. I wouldn't mind a bit wider, but they look good, don't rub, ride well, and don't need fender flares.

^ Those are also the Terra Grapplers which in a 295/60r20 are wider than the Trail Grapplers. The Terra's being 12.36" and the Trails being 12.13. Not much of a difference but I honestly don't think you need to go as far out as a -20 offset to not get the Trail's to rub. I have the BFG 285/65r20's on the stock wheels (+18mm) and no spacer, and they dont rub at all. The BFG's are I think around 11.8" wide.
