Default Turning on included options

I have found tricks with several other vehicles to turn on options that are installed in every vehicle from the factory. Has anyone found some on the 2010 Rams?
Example: My Range Rover didnt come with heated seats. For a $50 switch and faceplace I had heated seats.
I am specificaly interested in the wiring for the backup camera and or backup proximity sensors.

I too have thought about this and I know some people have added the camera.

I'm sure that someone will correct me, but I don't believe that the wiring is installed for either option if the truck is not equipped from the factory with them.

I've got a '10 CC Sport. I did not come equipped with the touch screen radio (either one), so therefore my truck doesn't have the back up camera. When I pulled my tailgate apart to do the Ram eyes install, there was no wiring inside for the camera. I do have the back up sensors, so all of that wiring is there.

Either option can be had after market. There are several different units of each on the market, limited mostly by your budget, technical skills, and willingness to buy them

hope this helps and good luck

Exco

A nice trick to know is if you have a 4th gen RAM without the USB connector in the upper glovebox but have Uconnect, you should have the wire behind the hole in your dash (where the upper glovebox goes). You can easily get an extension for it and run it through the lower one or you could even get the whole upper glovebox!

I did the same with my 2010 SLT sport, I installed heated/cooled seats from a Laramie with the dash switches and they work. The only thing that didnt work was the indication leds on the switch.
