Default Gague cluster in both MPH and KPH?

Im looking at importing a US 4th gen Ram into Canada. One of the stipulations is the Odometer needs to read in KPH. Can this be changed internaly in the cluster setting or do I have to change it out?

You can't buy a 2011 from a Dealership within your province? It should be a direct replacement since its oem matching if you the trim is the same. Just dont disrupt the needle positions.

There is a metric setting that is accessible through the steering wheel controls on my 2011 sport. I haven't used it in metric mode yet, but I would assume that it changes the speedometer settings as well. I'll try to verify this through gps when I get a chance.
I do know for sure that the odometer, temperature and tire pressure readings will show Kilometers, degrees Celsius, and kPa, respectively.

That ^^^^ is correct. If you have EVIC on the truck you are bringing in, the odometer will have a metric setting.
