Are you using the USB on the radio or the one in the glove box? I have had nothing but problems with all the toys associated with my radio (bluetooth, hdd, etc) but I am able to plug my ipod into the USB in the glove box and easily use it.

I tried 2 ipods and in both the radio and glove box usb ports. Neither would let me import to the HDD, first try using a usb stick worked like a charm. Thinking that ipod/iphone just aren't supported to do downloads..??

That is correct. You cannot download directly from your ipod but you can from a usb drive.

Ya the owners manual certainly implies you can download from ipod etc but no such luck. One issue I am having though is when listening from the HDD, probably every 7th or 8th song gets cut off at the end by 20 seconds. Unsure if it was an issue from itunes to usb? Or from usb to the trucks hard drive.. Anyone have a similar issue?

I can get the USB in the glove box to read flash drives, but it takes a LONG time before I can start using the voice commands to tell it what track/artist I want to hear. Usually a good 5-10 minutes. It's a 32gb flash drive with about 15gb of music stored on it.

Have never had any luck connecting my iPod Touch 4g using USB. It will charge the device, but I cannot play music thru that port.

I have the lower model 130n radio if that makes any difference.
