I would be cautious of a truck like that. You never know who installed the lift or how the truck was treated.
Have the front end checked by a mechanic, it can cost you a ton in the long run.
The motor should easily have another 100k miles in it but the truck still has 200k on it, parts are going to need replaced.
Check to see if the motor is a 53 block. With that kind of miles it should be ok but there is a chance that it might be a repaired 53 block

Left side of the block by the power steering pump just above the oil pan. Its stamped behind the injector pump, you will see a wiring harness right above it

Dont know about number thing. But ive been driving 24 ft straght truck's for 12 years with the 5.9 cummings. The main thing that we have had problem's with is lift pump, timeing cover leaking oil. Also fuel lines leak but I think that has something to do with them being cab overs. But the truck I have now is an 05 with 320,000 km on it its only went thru 1 lift pump, water pump. No oil leaking or fuel line issue and I do both city and highway year round with engine running @1300 rpm about 4 to 6 hours a day (pto's). So in short if it was well cared for you should do ok.
