perfect. thats all i need anyways. im stripping all badges off anyways, i did it on my 2000 and i love it. but... the imposing ram head on the front and back just look awesome. ill prolly black them out along the way with this install, i just need to make sure i get the placement right.

on another note, i may ask for other pictures along the way when i start. i know for sure ill need a good look at the hood latch off the 06-08.

Just a FYI the conversion would be 06-08 as 09+ is also a new front end design.

Good eye! I saw that, too and meant to mention it lol!

double0ram, I'll have a pic for ya tomorrow, it's dark now lol but was just letting you know, I just have the ST, so no Big Horn or 4x4 badges. If ya need, I can take measurements so you can get your badge where you need and I'll see what I can do to get a pic of the hood release. BTW, like the name FrankenRam!

aye thanks for the correction that was my bad. i also noted it after i put up the orig post but for some reason forgot to change it. i could have been more specific with the 09.... they ran the 3rd gen body style on the 2500 for 09, much along the lines of the 02 2500 ram being a 2nd gen. officially tho for this is an 02 1500, the conversion will be to an 06-08 like you have stated, and even more specifically to an 08 front end, as i will be using those headlights for the retrofit.

sorry im being a smart as but its 5 am and im still up... pardon my humor.

and thanks for the agreement on the name. it fits the truck right now as it has 2 diff sets of rims and prolly 3 different tires on it now. it will be even more so when i get my hands on it

no, you want them painted on the truck so the two silvers can be blended together other wise your gunna have a two tone truck. also, your goning to want to blend about 1/4 of the way along the door or more and as far as a price it all depends on where your go or if you are going to be doing it yourself.

Yep, definitely going to be a good idea to paint them on the truck as stated to get the blend right and I still have to get your pics.
