Default Warranty with cold air intake

Hello everyone. I bought my first ram a couple months ago. It is a 2015. Would a k&n cold air intake really even make a difference? Also, would it void the warranty? Thanks.

Welcome to the forumz. I don't think a K&N will do much, except sound a bit better. I run a Vararam, makes a bit of a difference. As far as warrantee, it kinda depends on how big of a dick your dealer is. I've been lucky, my dealer gives me a 15% discount on parts, because I drag race! Also, both of my Dodges have been extremely reliable.

A CAI isn't going to do much, as the truck has an extremely well made airbox as is. You'd be better off adding a tuner or exhaust.

As far as the warranty, the dealer has to prove a part failed because of the CAI, exhaust, tuner etc etc etc. Depending on the dealer, they can be very accomodating or very difficult. Good luck!

So a CAI won't do much? I feel like it made a difference on my f150
