Well your glowplugs are junk cause cummins have grid heaters lol
Have you had your batteries checked out? Still have the stockers in the 05 and they are on there way out which gives a slow start when it sits for a day or two.
If its turning over fine then its a fuel air problem. I would start at the fuel filter and make sure you are getting good fuel to it

the batteries are good , because he's not turning slowly . Is the fuel filter easy to replace? And is it hard to purge?

Fuel filters a breeze. Its on the fire wall on the drivers side, you'll see a black canister the looks like it has a large nut on top and has a yellow valve on the bottom. Just open the valve (with something underneath if your trying to be clean and of course you dont want to hurt the enviroment...) and the filter will drain. Then just unscrew the top from where it looks like a nut (because thats what it is haha i forget the size though) unscrew and pull the filter out. Reverse.
When you done make sure the valve is shut. To reprime get in the truck and turn the key to the on position and leave it for 20-30 seconds, repeat 5 times and the truck will be ready to start
