Default Need HELP!!

Had my truck idling and noticed a change in the noise. I looked at the dash and it was flashing. I turned off the truck and my instrument panel keeps flashing on off with the key out. I unhooked the battery cable and let it sit. Now when the battery is reconnected the lights come on, radio comes on, but when I turn the key it is silence. I figure i blew a fuse but checked the entire fuse box next to the battery and none were blown. Does anyone have a clue as to what it going on? The fuel pump primes when I turn the key but nothing else. It is a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500. Please help.
