I didn't want to but the LEDs in the tails can't be seen during the day. Once I get some Cree LEDs for the tails, if that's bright enough, I'll prob remove led strip

So I'm trying to make that photoshop a reality. Thing is I want to get the wheels all blacked out but which way should I go about it? I can powder coat it, paint it, plasti dip it. Powder coating them is going to add weight, there already heavy enough as it is. Plasti dip would be temp. I think I'm leaning towards paint matching the wheels and just shooting plenty of clear so the paint won't chip. Any suggestions?

Well powdercoatingvactually adds about 5% of the wheels weight. That's extra weight I can't afford. There already like 2ce as heavy over stock!

Sweet ride you got there man! I have a 2011 black sport. I'm in Michigan so it'll be another month or so before I put my chrome wheels on. I know the R/T is already beefed up a little, but have you done any mods to the engine?

Also, what do you mean you made the scoops functional?

^^ the only thing I've done to engine is the exhaust. Put a flowmaster super 44 series muffler. As for the scoops I cut out the back of them and put a mesh grill in it's place. Should have pics in here somewhere.
