Thumbs down Fender flairs coming off, and dealers reaction

Went to the local Dodge dealer here in town, and was reminded why they couldn't sell me a truck. The body shop manager looked at the flairs and told me the gaps coming undone where the tape used to stick was "the nature of the beast". Said "the tape wasn't very good, and that's just what happens". "Even his own truck was doing it too, and he was just gonna live with it". I told him I had higher expectations out of such an expensive truck, and I thought it was bullshit.
He took pics to send to Chrysler to see if they would cover it under warranty. I told him they damn well better fix it.

Such bullcprap to have a new truck with just 2k miles on it, and shit is already falling off of it. Just what I need is road salt packing up inside of my fender flairs so the damn fenders can start rusting off of my new truck.

They oughta stand behind that and fix it. Maybe it's the cheap double sided tape Dodge uses vs. just the nature of the beast.

My thinking is that the dang flares should stick as well as the damn emblems...
