Default vibration at certain speeds??

ive noticed this before but didnt think much of it till now, it seems that a certain speed holding the gas lightly i get a shudder or vibration in the truck if i let off a tiny bit or change the rpm up a tiny bit it goes away.. what is it? is it common? or something i should be looking at getting fixed? thanks

Edit... i should say that this dont shake the steering wheel i only feel it through the gas pedal and maybe a little through the floor, ive had lots of vibrations over the years from drive shafts and tire and such but this "feels" different... thanks

I have the same problem on my 2010 RAM

Around 40 MPH it seems to act almost like a "misfire" or some sort of throttle body problem...

Would love to know what you come up with..

I had a similar problem on my 02 Ram. Mine ended up being my U-Joints. I wouldn't have thought it was the cause of problem but I changed mine and I have yet to feel it again. It wasn't too bad to do myself in my driveway and I think the parts were under $30.

Victor

I've got a few pics if you would like. I tried to take some but would keep going and forget to take them at every step.

Did replacing the TPS sensor fix the problem?
This shudder is really starting to piss me off... Especially since I've only had the truck for 2 months..I ran a bottle of seafoam through it but no change....

I would get an intermittent vibration/rumble like I was driving on the rumble strips on the side of a highway.

It turned out to be my rear universal joint too (mentioned by rex450se).
