so there is no way to disable it when in 2wd mode? I mean it doesnt really bother me cause I can just put it in 4WD Auto but still be nice to turn it off for just 2 wheel drive.

In the Drag Racing Section, someone mentioned that to turn the Traction Control completely off, you have to hold the button in for longer than 5 seconds. It you just push the button quickly, it only disables it 70%. Has anyone confirmed this?

Have you considered adding more weight, to the bed of the truck? Say a total of about 500+ pounds.

This is true, however the truck must be in 4wd mode to work.

The only other way to completely disable traction control no matter what drive mode you are in is to pull out the ABS fuse in the glove box.....this will disable ABS and traction control completely.

I have a 2011 CC with 3.92 LSD with the 5 position gear box. I love the Auto 4 WD option.

I personally don't understand why you think they suck in the snow. Tires make all the difference. The OEM tires aren't great but drive-able. I have a snow tire because I drive a lot (not an AT tire) and it goes through anything without effort. I find it great in the snow. If I were you I would get a new set of tires and re-evaluate...
