I personally love my HBS kit! Great quality and easy assembly

You'll have alot of people around here tell you to go with bilstien adjustable shocks. They are another great option but pricey

Thanks for reply. I found some Hellbent steel on eBay for $79 and email them to see if will fit 2012 and they said no that it would be a couple of weeks. I thought nothing changed from the 11's to the 12's. Are they right.

The mount for the front differential is different, not sure if the strut assembly/control arms are different though

I called the dealership and they told me that there wasn't a difference in the front end that Hellbent will work. We'll see if it does tomorrow.

I'm anxious to hear the verdict...I'm planning the same thing.

Post some before and after pics. And did you go with a 2inch kit?

Default Done

Okay, it is done. 2.5" Hellbent leveling kit. But, what a pain in the arse. You just about have to unbolt everything to get the shock/coil assembly out. I even had to unhook the brake caliper to get the most clearance. Also, had to buy from Autozone clamps for the coils to compress everything down. I have before pics, I upload on Saturday with after pics as well. It works great no shuttering in 4wd. Rides a little stiffer in the front end but it isn't rough. I went by a friend's home tonight and he asked me if I put a lift kit on my truck. He said it was huge.

Default One more thing

I went with a 2.5 leveling kit instead of 2" because that is perfectly level for me. If I tow a trailer it won't be level anymore so take that into consideration when you decide which size to go with. I just measured from the ground to the top of the wheel well on the front and back and subtracted to get the size I wanted to go with. My truck is a 2012 slt lonestar 4x4
