I just realized something. The Silverado I lowered still sat lower on the drivers side because you change only the shackles and not the springs. With these 4th gen rams you're actually changing the springs. What is making my truck sit lower on the drivers side is the stock spring itself. Maybe the new ones won't be that way.

You lost me. The stock springs are different lengths (driver vs passenger sides). I don't know if the aftermarket springs address this at all...

I was thinking maybe the aftermarket springs are the same rate drivers and passengers which should make it sit level.

I have the ground force kit installed on my crewcab and the fit and ride is excellent. The back is only 3/4" higher than the front. It really changed the look of the truck. I will get some pics up tomorrow.

it doesnt work that way,the reason the stock springs are different lengths is theres a weight difference front one side of the truck to the other, if they were the same rate it would sit even more lop-sided....the different rates and or lenghs are to compensate for the difference.

in other news..... dixieram get those pics up bud! This mod is next on my list!

That makes sense. So is it possible my stock drivers side spring is incorrect causing it to sit lower?

Driver side for a quad cab is supposed to be 801AB. Passenger side for a quad cab should be 800AB.

Are these numbers on the springs where they are easy to see?

They are on a tag near the top of the spring. I don't know if you can see them while the springs are installed, but they are very easy to see when off the truck for sure. Here's a pic of the one's sitting in my garage right now (off my quad cab):
