Default 2 newb questions

I Have a 2nd gen 2500 cummins. I was wondering if I install a new air intake, would that require a change in tuning? Also I was wondering if I install a 2in leveling kit, would that negatively affect handling(I have already put on 33in tires.)? Thanks for any and all answers, I am new to this. I will try to attach pics.

You should be able to add an intake and let the computer compensate. I think tuners are only needed if you add a bigger turbo or turn the boost up.

No, programming is not "required" for a CAI.

Get a good quality level kit and you should have no problems.
