If that tranny hasn't been into before now, I would stay far away from it. OR at the least get under there and give it some love and thank it for lasting as long as it has and promise it that you will never mess with it....JMHO

You put seamfoam in your motor, ran it per instructions, and then disassembled it to find white foam that didnt burnt out?????? sounds like a gasket let loose

I wouldnt mess with the trans, your asking for trouble if you do IMHO. As far as Seafoam in the motor, I highly recommend it

I have seafoamed many a car. and they all loved it. never put in crankcase. and as for the tranny if you can spend the 2 or 300 bucks it would cost the dealer to look at it and flush it i would do that. i wouldnt go to a mom and pop shop that doesnt know much about your specific vehicle. i flushed mine at 100k for the first time and it runs like it dd on day one. flushing a tranny does no damage as your fluid runs through the whole thing the same way as it would after a flush. sending pressure through the thing is what can dislodge it. a ram mechanic once told me if flushing a tranny messed it up it was messed up to begin with. hope this helps.
