Default 97 Rough/low idle ?

Since I have gotten my truck I have had alot of work done to it. When first aquired I did a completer tune up ( New spark plugs, wires, cap and bug, and one injector that was clogged ) all the codes were cleared and no issues since except to change a leaking water pump later. Regular oil changes and all fluids topped off. The fuel pump relay went so it was replaced ( Thanks to the great knowledgable people here ) So the truck ran great...till now, its getting cold out 30-34 degrees at night and highs of maybe 40 degrees during the day sometimes but low 30's to mid 30's mostly.

Now the problem.... It seems the truck takes a little more cranking to fire up not just a tap of the key anymore, the idle is down around 500rpm on the tach and sometimes seem like it is going to die but doesnt, in gear and driving it is fine but when I come to a stop the idle is low and giving it gas seems to lunge the truck as it jumps back up all the sudden to go.

What could be an issue with this, maybe a TPS or a CPS ( trottle or crank position sensor? I am not throwing any codes and it has done this since it got cold, never when it was warm out. Looking for an easy fix I hope...lol Thanks everyone.

a side note, I have ran seafoam, carb/injector cleaner through it, cleaned the throttle body, so everything is clean as a whistle.... just thinking it might be a sensor or something but no codes in the ECM

I bought a bottle of LUCAS fuel system cleaner/conditioner and added before filling up the tank, since the other night and running the highway all day today the idle smoothed out very nicely... was idling at around 500+ and rough but now its idling at approximately 750rpm smoothly. Still seems to burn a bit much gas but then again i did alot of back and forth running today ....oh well, I better write down stuff at the next few fill ups and get my average or Ill never know. But LUCAS did a good job at smoothing things out so far.
