Moby - Are yours painted on both sides? I am so torn as to how to add flaps to my white '11 CC. Do you have a picture from about 45 degrees looking from the front? About the opposite angle as you've shown here?

I kind of like your painted step bars too. How are they holding up to rock chips and road spray? Hard to keep clean?

For those that used clear film behind the molded mud flaps... Has it held up? I installed the molded flaps a little over a month ago and all four have rubbed a line in the paint down to the primer in a little over a month.

i used the tape after i discovered some of the clear coat being rubbed leaving a line . fortunitly is wasnt too bad. i removed them after about 6 months of use with the tape behind them and it wasnt any different than before i used the tape. the tape definitly helped

I have the molded one's as well. I got a 2" roll of 3M film and lined wheel well lips. Remove the wheel well liners, sprayed paraifin wax,and cut-out plastic washers to go between the metal tinnerman nuts and fenders. I hate rust and the older dodges all start to rust in their wheel well lips. The 3M film works great. I was told it was developed to prevent rotor wear in desert storm.
