Default bed covers

Looking for a nice bed cover for the winter here in New york. I own a 2011 big horn with the 6'5 bed. I did a quick search for the 3 fold cover which is what i really want and found this site with free shipping for both vinyl and canvas. $400 for vivyl and 450 for canvas, are these prices fair or are there better sites with deals else where? I do like the look of canvas.... Let me know what you think

Take a look At the bakflip covers. Do an eBay search. Vinyl stinks in the winter and the bakflip just looks and functions awesome

I second the bakflip covers. I just installed a G2 BakFlip last weekend. Installation was simple (about 30 min) and it functions great. I had the mopar bedliner in mine, and it fit perfect. It is a little tougher to install the rails when it is cold out because the bedliner doesn't want to flex as much.

The bakflip models are a little more pricey than what you were looking at, but in my opinion they are worth the extra money. I purchased mine from autoanything with 15% off for $680 (free shipping). You can find the 15% off codes with a quick internet search. Let me know if you have any questions about it.

Did the backflip G2 as well. Love it and worth the extra money. Convenient and easy to use.

+1.
It’s definitely worth the couple bucks more. I will never use a soft tonneau again, I kept it rolled up or off more than on.

I have the Bakflip F1. Pricey but I like the looks. I get quite a few comments on it too. I still wish someone would make a system similar to what the Avalanche has. I loved those covers on my old truck.

bakflip G2 owner here. happy with it. installation is easy, i got it on sale and it matches the truck well.

best thing is that, with the rails it fits within the walls of the bed instead of just sitting on top of it. looks like it completes the look of the truck

Default tonneu cover

I have an 09 with a bakflip and I love it. It flips up out the way if you need to put something large in the back. It can be totally removed in a few minutes and it's almost 99% leakproof. Mine leaks a little water by the tailgate if it rains really hard

Thanks for everyone's input, I decided on the g2 bakflip! from realtruck.com

It came out to $710.00 with coupon code, free shipping, and a 60 LED light bar GIFT.

I gotta jump on the Bakflip pile as I love mine!! Thanks to my fellow forum members who steered me into such a great cover.

Is it more money....yes. Is it worth the extra money....I think so. The ability to quickly fold up in sections, and secure it in the up position is quite choice all while standing on the ground, and not having to climb into the truck bed. I also like the idea of being able to lock my tailgate, and not worry about my gear. It's water tight (when installed properly), pretty easy to install yourself, and looks great on the truck.

I bought mine on eBay at a good price, zero tax, and free shipping. Registered the unit with Bakflip Industries after the install, so I'm all warrantied up too.

I too live in NY, and the winters up here can be brutal with all the snow we get. I can't attest to it's performance yet, but I'm predicting good things from I've seen so far.
