Default bump or knocking on your feet

hi guys I have a 2011 st v6 and I have benn feeling this bump underneath my feet... you can feel this bump only when you drive the truck and then you have to break and make a total stop a second later you feel this bump underneath, the bump is not loud but you can feel it, took the truck to the dealer and they had it 2 days and they say they could not find nothing wrong with the truck....what they said was that I need it to swap the stock tires and take it to them so they could go to the next step.. they think is beacuse of the 22' wheel that I installed a few months ago...the thing is that I felt the bump since the first day I drove it out of the parking lot.. but somehow I thought it was normal due to the large the truck was (never had a big truck before) well bottom line is I need to swap the tires and take the truck again to them..but maybe one of you had the same problem and could share some light on this matter...

thanks!

well I talked with the service advisor and they can fit me in after new year so Im going to have to wait and see what's the problem with the ram.. I have been doing some research and nothing! seems this is not a common problem I have been trying to guess and very well could be the shocks some lose nut in there could be doing the bumping... but one tech at the dealer said to me that the bumping felt probably from the transmmission.. but the service advisor did no let them do anymore tests until I swap the stock tires..well.. we will see.....

I have the same problem with my 09 Ram 1500 ST with the 4.7L engine. I bought this truck used in late October with only 43k miles. I am interested in hearing what the issue is.

Are these 4x4? I had this issue on an older 4x4 and it was a clip loose that allowed the drive shaft to bump around in the transfer(??) case. I am NOT a mechanic at all but I do have bad luck...

An update on my issue and thanks to all you for your input I have been really busy and no chance to get to my laptop, the bumping is gone, but that happened before I could take the truck to the dealership, no knocking no point in taking it in, the will do nothing about it, wierd thing but is not there anymore adn in such a way Im happy! it's alway a stress going to the dealer you never going to know what they are going to tell you.

ps. my truck is not 4x4 is a regular 2 rear wheel drive
