Default Exhaust for mpg??

Will a good exhaust help with mpg, if so how much? I have a 2004 ram quad cab with a 4.7l v8. Installed air ram, throttle body spacer. Tryin to gain mpg can anyone help??? If exhaust will help whats the best/economic?? Thanks in advance!!!

There is an exhaust section in the 4.7L section. I don't have a 4.7L but I'm sure there is a ton of info in there that should answer all your questions.
