I just picked up a 2015 Quad Cab and was missing that little plastic plus that covers the hitch ball hole in the bumper, And man that bothered the crap out of me lol guess I am anal :O Local dealer says they do not sell them 
Knowing Google is your friend I found them on line, E Bay being cheapest, Man can not believe some are sold for 22$ :SHOCKED:
Old e bay for 7$ , still way too much for a tiny piece of plastic but way better then 22$ lol, So if the stupid little plug is missing and you need one here they are ! Never though a tiny missing part would bug me so much lol
