Default Shaking 04 v6 1500

So my 04 ram 1500 shakes really bad when accelerating so I thought u joints. I checked u joints and they seem fine . I also noticed it has a bad shake when in park. This happened after driving thru some really deep water after a storm one day. Truck also smells rich. Any info would be fantastic.

Ok so before I didn't know how to check for.codes. I checked codes and 0304 cylinder 4 misfire and 0052 02 sensor on bank 2. Which one would be the best to do first as I'm on limited budget atm.

If budget is the concern, I would do the O2 sensor first. The misfire can have several causes, plugs need changed, bad coil, leaking fuel injector or vacuum leak on that cylinder. You can always take that coil and swap it with one on the opposite bank and see if the code follows. That will help determine if that is the cause.
