warped rotor has noting to do with the front end shaking , at high speeds.
warped rotor will cause a shaking ,in front end,and a pulsating sensation,in brake pedal, when the rotor is engaged by the brake pads but only when brakes are being applied.
my suggestion, to you, since you do not appear to know what you are doing (mechanically) Nor how to properly translate your issues into words, is take it to a reputab le mechanic and have it diagnosed and repaired.
in the long run,it will be both much cheaper and safer for you adn everyone else on the roads with you.
