Default Is PPF already installed on my 2017 1500 Sport?

I do not have much experience on PPF, and wanted to ask the popular opinion on if this is PPF installed on the lower front bumper. You can see and feel a drop off, as if that is where the ppf terminates. Thoughts?

No it's not PPF. I know that seam you're referring to and it's just a seam in the plastic moulding process of making the bumper.

PPF is nowhere near as thick.
