If budget is the concern, I would do the O2 sensor first. The misfire can have several causes, plugs need changed, bad coil, leaking fuel injector or vacuum leak on that cylinder. You can always take that coil and swap it with one on the opposite bank and see if the code follows. That will help determine if that is the cause.
