Default No power anywhere

I had to park my 03 Ram 1500 hemi last year due to health issues. It ran just fine when I parked her. Now I have no juice anywhere, doesn't turn over, no headlights or interior lights, or buzzer. Battery has 12.3 volts but when i connect positive cable it starts to drain the voltage (I have a meter & checked). We had a fierce bitter cold winter but my battery is holding a charge even if it is at 10 volts lights should work. I'm thinking that I have wires damaged from mice or squirrels . Any idea of what to check first would be great. It's a great truck just turned it to 200,000 and had it gone through top to bottom in 2016. Drove 1800 miles and 500 was in the mountains in 2016. Except for the rust on the rear wheels it's in great shape yet. I don't want to get rid of her yet but if it's too expensive to fix I will have to sell her cheap

I would put a slow charge on the battery, 2 or 3 hours minimum
Disconnect the negative battery terminal while you do it

If it sat out in the elements for a year you'll likely find mice/nests invading all sorts of places.
Hope you have your health back and can get her running.
