I managed to get 1500# bars for my WDH, and decided to take the trailer to the scales yesterday. This is with a full tank of gas, and the 1500# bars as tight as I can get them. Not fully loaded down for a trip, but I wanted to know how close I was to hitting the max axle weight before pushing my luck. Next trip, I plan to load all of the stuff I take in the very back of the trailer, so I don't add anymore weight to the tongue. I also ordered some timber grove airbags this morning, after talking with Steve over the weekend. Hoping those will lift the truck a little more, and push some weight back into the trailer.
