Default Multiple V-10 bugs and no codes

Ok guys, I'm really coming up on wits end here. I did the basic three 3/4 turns of the key and no codes, I then used an average OBD scanner and still nothing.

Issues:

On cold and cool starts she idles fine for about 30 seconds then sputters, coughs and almost stalls however once I snap the throttle a few times it cleans out and runs fine.

I've replaced the IAC and TPS last week hoping it would resolve the issue however.. After 20 miles on the new hardware I developed a high idle of around 1,000 to 1,200 Rpm's in neutral or park for about 30 seconds and then would eventually come down to about 600. I disconnected the battery to "reset" the computer and now it will idle around 600 but will fall to about 4-500 and get a little choppy.

Still having the load up issue on cool starts as well.

Other things I've done.. Cleaned throttle body, sprayed starting fluid around the intake looking for leaks, Sea-foamed intake as well as fuel system, ran Techron through my fuel as well as seafoam.

The truck looks to have new O2 sensors however I haven't ruled those out yet, I plan to call Mopar and get part numbers and order a set of Bosch sensors but I'm going nuts with the issue and could use some sound advice.

Not yet, looking at the ignition components lead me to believe they are fairly recent.
