I had to have side steps installed on my truck due to having back surgery. It's not my favorite look, but when I can start driving again, I'll need them.

MDS lifter noise has been slowly getting louder and louder even after flushing and oil changes, so I finally disabled it via HPTuners this afternoon. Not a peep from it anymore. Hopefully the MDS lifters were just noisy and NOT about to fail...been making noise since almost from the very beginning and its now a bit short of 90K miles. Also removed the speed limiter and traction control since I was in there.

Went to stealership today. Tailgate recall (V44) and since I was there, I let them change the oil and filter.

Last night ordered a Carven Competitor muffler and 5" Carven black tips.

Made a very clean oil change on my Eco even cleaner with a Fumoto drain valve. If you have never done an oil change on an Ecodiesel you have never done an oil change that is so clean for the one doing the work. A Pentastar is very close.

Default New Steps

I removed my Bestop Powerboards and replaced them with ICI Magnum RT steps. If anyone is interested in some Powerboard parts (boards, brackets, module, sensors...) shoot me a PM.

Sometime in the next week, i am going to lighten my Ram by about 700 pounds
All of my work equipment will be removed.

That should get me back up to 26 MPG, so i can make my annual California to Connecticut vacation trip without wasting a bunch of fuel.

I also have to read more about the Ecodiesel Settlement to see what the modification is that the dealership needs to do to comply with the Court Ruling.
That settlement is going to pay for this years 6 or 7 week vacation
