Default 4x4 not working under load

Hello Having a problem with my 2010 ram 1500 Laramie 4x4 will not work. Under load . I Have gotten stuck in the sand and had to geppt towed out . the 2nd time it worked for about 20 yard then only the back wheels would spin . No codes showing , brought to the dealership after each time they say it’s working fine had it tested on lift . All.dash lights work and show it’s in 4wheel drive ,but only rear wheels spin . I have been in the sand many times with no issues in the past . Dealer has no clue, any one have trouble like this before The transfer case uses a clutch system I believe ,could it be slipping? And how could it be tested , the Front actuator seems to go in . It’s under warranty but with no codes they now nothing , part changers . Thanks any help would be appreciated

Do you know when your truck was made? Thew went to Borg-Warner transfer cases in mid-2010. 2009s and the earlier 2010s got New Venture Gear transfer cases albeit with similar functionality
