I had the rockers and lifters replaced out of necessity 98700 miles and here we are again at 104300 miles with the exact same problem. This is getting old, Ram.
That's crapped out, not cramped out, which might have actually happened.

I know they had problems back in 2013 or so, I thought it was once of the best engines you can buy today...
plus, i think the Rams and the GC get the new updated version (2016+)
That auto stop/start is creepy, especially if you're unaware that it'll do that.
Driving a loaner Durango now, pretty nice car (and I'm thankful they loaned it to me) but the motor shutting down at stop lights is not for me. Sadly one has to remember to hit the OFF button every time you start it...
"What is there besides the head warp issue that was fixed with a recall in 2012, the oil filter housing cracking, and now some of the rockers rounding cam lobes?"
We have seen a few cam followers fail on the 3.6.
But if they failed that soon again the OPs 3.6 probably something else wrong or an underlying issue causing it.
The head issue wasn't a warping problem, it was valve seat issues.

Update: Out of the shop with rockers, cams and a few other items replaced, this time all on the right side. We'll see if I can get more than 6K miles out this repair.
