Wrap a pickle spear with either a full or 1/2 piece of bacon (your discretion), smoke at 225-250 until the bacon is done and the pickle shrinks just a little. I think mine took 45 minutes if I recall.
They sound really odd but they were a hit at the last BBQ I hosted.
I might have to give it a test drive.
