Hi i just got a dodge 3500 cummins 2001 and the heater blows only kind of warm air. On a below 0 day i freeze on the way to work. Any known heating issues to start checking? My father in law said it had that issue since he bought it but it didn't matter to him down south.
I drove a Diesel...
Im still fairly new around here but have been a RAM owner for about 6 months now and i am finally wanting to get some mods under the hood done.
There is a shop here in town that is going to install the Flowmaster 40 series muffler on my 2011 RAM 1500 2WD 4.7L for $350.00 plus tax...
I was in the garage and found my old K&N cold air intake from my 01 F150 4.6, and the cone with adapter fits onto the filter box on my Ram. I just have to figure out how to zip tie the hose in place. What is the soft small hose that attaches to the clean side of the filter box on the Ram?
Please Help!!!! My vents blow cold air on the passenger side and warm air on the driver side!!! NOBODY believes me untill they check it out for themselves and then I get stuff like; "wow!!! That's wierd" or "hmmm... I don't know"
My next step is going to dealer or A/C place... I'm not the type...
I am not finding a cold air intake by K&N listed for the 2012's. Will the 2011 intake work?
Also, I have had past vehicles that the filter made just as much impact alone as the entire K&N intake, is this true for the 2012 Ram 1500 5.7L?
I recently purchased and installed the Spectre kit (model#9931)on my '99 Ram 5.2. I am very satisfied with the outcome both aesthetically and performance wise.
The directions were pretty straight forward , but I did encounter some flaws in this product during the install.
