Hello all,
I've scoured through the forum looking for a recent thread on gear ratio swaps, and most haven't had a reply in a couple years so I figured I'd post a new one for some advice from real world owners. I'm not trying to exceed any weights on my truck, just want to get close to them...
Hey guys I am relatively new to the forum but all the info I have been able to find is amazing, thanks to everyone.

He has a 2000 Ram 5.9 Magnum, 2wd, Auto box. When it is on E on the fuel tank it won't change out of first gear. Occasionally he can abuse the kick down and it will change but as soon as he stops and starts it...
