And im worried if this new setup will damage my fenders paint from rock chips Because the tires stik out the side of the fenders And i already have mud flaps

I have recently quoted two tires(both @ $275), Nitto mudgrapplers and Firestone Destination M/T. I have 284/65r18 that are the destinations and it looks like I'll get 30k miles out of em. I have read good reviews for the mudgrapplers but im afraid they might be too soft to get a lot of miles out...
