So I got the dreaded P0305 misfire code yesterday while pulling a C10 on my car trailer. I've had the Hemi tick for a while. What's the likelihood that my camshaft is junk? The truck is a 2500 two wheel drive with 176000 miles on it. Is there a way to check the cam without a teardown?
