Bought an 01 Ram 1500 with 153,000 miles for damn near nothing.
Wheel Tire Land vehicle Vehicle Car

Ok so I've replaced tierods, hub assembly, upper ball joints on both sides and had front end alignment done but haven't changed lowers yet. At 55 to 60 feels like passenger side wheel is about to come off. Bad vibration with a wobble. Can it just be lower ball joint or bigger issue.

You could try putting that wheel and tire as far away from the steering wheel as possible, passenger rear.

Jacking that corner up, support with a jack stand, you could shake down that tire looking for vertical and horizontal play. Watch that lower balljoint in the process. I’d also spin that tire to see how true that wheel is. If it wobbles without play in the balljoint then I’d put it to the rear assuming there’s one in better condition to take its place.

I’d be inclined to think it’s the lower balljoint though if the uppers were as bad as you say.
