03 Ram 1500 5.7 hemi evap system code p 0499

I have a 03 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7 liter Hemi. I have replaced the purge value, vapor canister ( not the round one) and the leak detection pump. The filter leak detection pump and the vapor canister ( round one) is discontinued. Is there a way to bypass those two components? I hate emissions and wish if we had to have it the manufacture would keep it in stock to replace.
